Our office is located in the heart of Houston’s Sharpstown District at 7447 Harwin Dr., Suite #145.
You’ll enjoy your visit in our elegant and relaxing environment with customized care provided by our Providers and staff.
Parking
For your convenience, we offer curbside parking in North side of the building. Our office is not wheelchair accessible from that entrance. However, there is access if you park on the South side of the building, between 7447 and 7457 buildings respectively.
About your visit
During your visit, you and the Provider will develop a treatment plan for your individual needs and goals.
There are ample educational printed materials and patient information videos for you to review about Clinica Ideal Harwin before or after your appointment.

Patient Forms
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment in order to complete your patient forms. The forms are also available below should you like to fill them out prior to your appointment. Please call (832) 582-4040.
Late Arrivals
In order to provide you with the highest quality care, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, we may have to reschedule you for another day.

Please be advised that our office does not actively participate with health insurance and you will be responsible for payment.
