What is Muscle Electrostimulation?

Electrostimulation consists of stimulating the nerve fibers of the muscles with electrical impulses released by electrodes located on the skin.
It is not our brain that is in charge of muscle contraction, but the electrostimulator.

The muscles work like this with less effort, they gain strength, volume and tone.

These effortless contractions are painless.

¿ Qué es la Electroestimulacion muscular?

La electroestimulación consiste en estimular las fibras nerviosas de los músculos con impulsos eléctricos liberados por electrodos situados sobre la piel.
