What is Radiofrequency?
Radiofrequency consists of the application of high-frequency electromagnetic waves on the skin that causes controlled heating of the different layers of the dermis, which favors:
The formation of new collagen.
Lymphatic drainage.
The circulation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue.
Fibroblast migration.
Depending on the frequency used, different layers of the dermis can be heated. It is a painless procedure that is used for the treatment of cellulite and sagging skin anywhere on the body.
The immediate effect of the application of radiofrequency is the retraction of collagen, and after successive sessions, it achieves the restructuring of deep collagen and the formation of new fibers that replace the already aged ones, providing greater elasticity to the tissues and obtaining a more supple skin. smooth and, as a consequence, the reduction of wrinkles and epithelial flaccidity. The effects are usually achieved after one month of treatment and improve in the following months, although this will depend on the collagen status of each person.

¿ Qué es el la Radiofrecuencia?
La radiofrecuencia consiste en la aplicación de ondas electromagnéticas de alta frecuencia sobre la piel que provoca el calentamiento controlado de las diferentes capas de la dermis, lo que favorece:
La formación de nuevo colágeno.
El drenaje linfático.
La circulación de la piel y el tejido subcutáneo.
La migración de fibroblastos.
En función de la frecuencia que se utilice se pueden calentar diferentes capas de la dermis. Es un procedimiento indoloro y que se utiliza para el tratamiento de la celulitis y la flacidez de la piel en cualquier parte del cuerpo.
El efecto inmediato de la aplicación de radiofrecuencia es la retracción del colágeno, y tras sesiones sucesivas, logra la reestructuración del colágeno profundo y la formación de nuevas fibras que sustituyan a las ya envejecidas, proporcionando una mayor elasticidad a los tejidos y obtener una piel más tersa y, como consecuencia, la reducción de las arrugas y flacidez epitelial. Los efectos se logran habitualmente a partir del mes de tratamiento y mejoran en los siguientes, aunque esto dependerá del estado del colágeno de cada persona.
Se necesitan entre cuatro y diez sesiones, en función de la superficie corporal a tratar y pueden realizarse otras de recuerdo pasados unos meses.
Al terminar cada sesión de radiofrecuencia es normal que la piel presente algo de enrojecimiento que tarda muy poco tiempo.
Por lo demás, se trata de una técnica muy segura, aunque tiene sus contraindicaciones: embarazo y lactancia, cardiopatías, alteraciones de la coagulación, enfermedades neuromusculares, implantes recientes de colágeno, tener alguna prótesis metálica, marcapasos u obesidad mórbida.
